Welcome to Vinomara! We strive to offer a wide range of high-quality products. Our quality control team checks each item personally before shipping. You can cancel the order within 24 hours. Once the package has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order. Our customer service is always there for you. Please email us at info@vinomara.de and describe the problem in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and product name. For defective, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. Please keep the picture under 2 Mb.
Our solutions:
1. Vinomara's Responsibility
- If our company is responsible for the problem, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or exchange.
- Once we receive the item, we will offer compensation or send a replacement free of charge at our expense.
2. The customer's responsibility
- If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return.
- In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees for an exchange, and we will refund the original product cost upon receipt of the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
